We are making a new dinner tonight. I got the recipe from our Food Network Magazine. It's Korean style skirt steak. I made the marinade and stuff and it relaxed in that for a couple hours. Now it's cooking. It smells quite delicious in here actually. It's been seared and now it's baking for a lil bit in the oven. There's onions with it. YUM.

The video didn't turn out when I put it on the computer cuz I forgot that when I was taking the video I had the my phone turned horizontal and when I imported it to the computer it showed up sideways and I don't know how to rotate videos on the computer so any suggestions would be cool! :-D We are cooking a Gino's East deep dish pizza in the oven right now. It's smelling glorious. So work has been ok lately. I'm actually enjoying it. I got a brand new team at work so I have 16 new agents that I'm responsible for. They aren't very tenured so it'll be easy molding them to how I want things done. lol. I ate the pizza by the way and it was delicious. We are about to watch Pawn Stars so I'ma end this. 

First day of the week at work

So it's the first day of the week at work. My people will be on the phones all day unlike during the week where they are only on the phones for one hour a day. It's because call volume isn't high enough right now. I think after Black Friday happens and some advertisements go out for Family Mobile, it should boom. Until then, it's boring at work. I sometimes wish I was just a rep so that I can sit around and do nothing all day long. But it's kinda funny cuz being the supervisor I can make them do stupid stuff. I make up games and stuff for them to do and they have to do it, they have no choice. lol. So the nicer they are the easier they'll have it. lol. Does that make me sound like a mean supervisor? Hahaha. Doesn't matter either way. Well. I hope everyone's day is awesomeness. Yay for fall back daylight savings time. I feel like it was my unbirthday and I got an extra hour for my gift! :-D lol.  Well I was going to post a video but it hasn't gotten to my email yet from my phone so I'll have to post it when I get off work. I have to get ready to leave now, Gary should be here any minute! 

Ahh. I love the way when Amiah laughs that it melts my heart. I never ever understood that phrase until I had a baby. It really happens though. Today Amiah talked back to me. This however did not melt my heart melt as much. lol. She was gravitating towards something that she wasn't supposed to and she knows that she's not supposed to and so I said "Noooo" and she turned and looked at me, got the angry eyebrows and then cooed what it would be if it were real words a response like "I know you are not talking to me over there Mother", same tone though no joke. I was like dude. I was on the phone with Ramon and he heard her and then I told him what she did and he was cracking up. The little booger.
